Advocacy and Research

Recently, one of our clients, SADD, posted an op-ed piece about the importance of addressing underage drinking in our country. The statistics are sobering (no pun intended). Abuse of alcohol among teens and young adults continues to be a huge problem.

We encourage you to read the op-ed piece for your own information, and perhaps to share with your staff or family as you see fit.

Then we encourage you to read it again as a fundraiser. Consider the amount of compelling research in this piece and how it’s presented. Think about how you might similarly use research on the work you do in the community to strengthen your advocacy and resource development efforts.
