Breakfast Anyone?

I wanted to say a quick thanks to all of the YMCA development folks who have joined the Breakfast Club. Each month, we have had up to 30 people from around the country call in for our monthly open forum conference call. Topics have included stewardship, staff training, on-line giving, collections, celebrations, campaign plans, volunteer engagement and even a little bit of peer therapy!

What is most exciting is that smaller groups have begun to form outside of the monthly call and that the group is sharing ideas and materials everyday.
