Gail Glasser is the President and CEO of the YMCA of Central Kentucky, a $13 million, seven branch association serving Scott, Jessamine and Fayette Counties.  Prior to coming to the Bluegrass Region she served as the Senior Vice President for Association Advancement at the YMCA of Greater Houston.  Before her work in Houston, she served as the Vice President for Financial Development at the YMCA of Greater St. Louis as well as the Director of Endowment and Planned Giving, Director of Annual Giving, and Executive Director of the Washington University Campus YMCA-YWCA.

Originally a social worker, then a higher education student affairs professional, she obtained her law degree to round out her portfolio of skills.  Gail is a member of the Missouri Bar, National Planned Giving Council and Association of Fundraising Professionals.  She is also NAYDO Council’s immediate past-chair.
