Niki Roussopoulos Geisler brings more than 25 years of experience in non-profit management, strategic and long-range planning, community engagement, and fundraising. Niki is an adjunct Senior Consultant with DBD Group. She currently is the Director of Dakota County Parks. She brings real-time experience and unique skillsets to our clients.
Niki has a proven ability to cultivate donor relationships, implement creative fundraising strategies, and exceed financial targets. She is committed to advancing the mission of non-profit organizations through effective strategic planning, staff and board development, and fundraising.
With strong empathy and intuitive skills, Niki has built and sustained relationships that truly maximize impact and growth for individuals, teams, and communities. As a strategic and visionary leader, she has also been able to recognize and anticipate community needs, identify unique strategies to meet desired goals, and develop and implement long-term solutions to organizational challenges. She balances critical and creative thinking skills with equally strong interpersonal and leadership skills that allow programs and places to grow in volume and in mission-impact.
Prior to joining DBD Group, Niki served the YMCA in a variety of roles including recent roles of Vice President of Camping and Camp Executive Director with YMCA of the North in Minnesota. While attending the University of Wisconsin, Madison, she began her YMCA camping career by spending her summers in the redwood forest of California where she discovered her passion for connecting people to nature.

Niki and her husband, Brian, reside in Eagan, MN with their three sons. Their busy schedules include many hours in ice rinks for hockey during the winter months, camping, mountain biking, and traveling to new and interesting destinations.
