Stephanie Dudek

Senior Consultant

Stephanie Dudek helps not-for-profit organizations to increase their external funding through services in grant proposal development, writing, and prospect research.  She has served institutions in human services, education, early childhood development, arts and culture, religion, and health care as well as YMCAs across the country.

Stephanie provides the following services:

  • Grant proposal development and writing for capital, program, and general support
  • Letters of intent/inquiry
  • Grants services for collaborative, multi-organization proposals
  • Foundation, corporate, and government prospect research
  • Identification of leading foundation and corporate prospects for individual organizations
  • Development of annual corporate/foundation solicitation plans and calendars
  • Ongoing or interim grants “staffing” through retainer

Stephanie’s expertise has helped many organizations to secure funding from a variety of local, regional, and national sources, including the Kresge Foundation, M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust, Stewardship Foundation, Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Otto Bremer Foundation. Stephanie’s consulting services are enriched by more than 20 years experience as a staff member of not-for-profit organizations in roles ranging from chief grants officer to chief development officer.

Stephanie holds a B.A. from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.  She is passionate about classical music and the visual arts and serves as a volunteer docent at the Milwaukee Art Museum.  Stephanie is married to John, a university physics researcher, and has two adult step-daughters.
