EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
In his role as Executive Vice President, Jon has oversight over product development and training for DBD. He, along with the rest of the leadership team, provides strategic direction and insight for the company. He plays a key role in welcoming new consultants and ensuring that they offer the same quality service and tools as the rest of the DBD team.
In addition, Jon provides leadership and coaching for his many clients. Through a comprehensive assessment of strengths and areas for growth, Jon works with clients to maximize current resources and establish clear and measurable goals for future success.

Prior to joining Donor By Design, Jon served over 18 years as both Development Officer and Executive Director in the YMCA. Jon has managed and grown annual fundraising campaigns in diverse communities from suburban New England to major metropolitan cities including Boston and New York City.
In the area of community development, Jon has provided consultation to a wide variety of organizations and institutions including public schools, community health centers, inter-faith and anti-drug coalitions, SADD, The Search Institute, and the United Way. Specializing in training, team-building, staff and volunteer development, motivation and community development, Jon brings many years of operations and community development experience to the fund development arena. Jon is a highly skilled presenter with a gift of humor, motivation and clarity.
Jon holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Human Services Administration from Springfield College and was a professional development faculty trainer for the YMCA of the USA for over 13 years.
Jon and his family live on the New Jersey coast and enjoy their time in the great outdoors hiking, cycling and sea kayaking.
