Sarah Breece, M.Ed brings more than 18 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, board development, strategic planning, and community engagement. Sarah is passionate about helping nonprofits build capacity and increase philanthropic support. She has a proven ability to cultivate donor relationships, build and lead impactful governing boards, and exceed financial targets.
Sarah brings deep knowledge and expertise in fundraising, leadership and strategic planning, including a positive track record in developing and executing annual giving programs, comprehensive campaigns and board, volunteer and staff management. She brings passion, compassion and a strong drive to help nonprofits fulfill their mission within the community they serve.

Prior to joining the DBD Group, Sarah was the Executive Director of a small nonprofit in Portland, OR. Over the course of her career, she has also worked for the YMCA of Greater Seattle as Sr. Director of Philanthropy, with an emphasis in annual giving and has worked in development in many other sectors within the nonprofit community.
Sarah was born and raised in Washington and holds a B.A. from Washington State University and an M.Ed from Arizona State University. Sarah and her husband, Brett moved to Hillsboro, OR in 2020 after living in Snoqualmie, WA for 8 years. In 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Juliana Rose to the family.
